Martin Paterson
Director
Martin is an Electrical & Electronic Engineering graduate (1990) of the University of Bristol, England. Martin was, until 2005, an investment banker at JPMorgan Cazenove (having joined Cazenove & Co., then the UK's leading corporate broker, in 1997 and elected as Partner in 2000) where he held a variety of positions within Corporate Finance, including Head of UK Financial Sponsors Group, Head of US Equity Capital Markets and, initially, as an Executive in the Engineering / Capital Goods team.  Prior to Cazenove, Martin qualified and practised as a solicitor with the City law firm, Simmons & Simmons, where he specialised in corporate finance, mergers & acquisitions and commercial agreements. 

Dominic Whellams
Director - Group Operations
Dominic is repsponsible for global operations, technology management and sales for the group. Dominic joined Canto in 2008, having previously been Director of Operations in Manila, Philippines for Diversified Global Graphics Group (DG3), formerly known as The CGI Group of Companies. Dominic was responsible for all operations and technology management at DG3’s offshore facility (which provided composition, SEC Edgar conversion & filing, prepress and web development services to clients in North America, London, Hong Kong, and Tokyo), taking the business from four employees to over 100 in under 24 months. Prior to DG3, he was the founder and Managing Director of London-based Whellams Computer Services, an authorised Apple and Microsoft service provider, which, amongst other high end print installations, installed a newspaper printing system in Tripoli, Libya. Dominic has specialised in the print industry since 1988.
